Transformation Hatha Yoga

The next Transformation Yoga Retreat is over the 3rd – 4th of July 2010. Transformation Hatha Yoga Day on the 3rd of July 2010.

This beautiful form of exercise nurtures the whole being whilst keeping us fit. Because Transformation Yoga encourages and works in harmony with each person's natural energies, a greater degree of peace can be attained on all levels ~ spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

The Breath ~ attention is given to the breath, and by coordinating our physical movements with the breath and with mind concentration we can begin to achieve our full potential.

Our Posture ~ by focusing on posture with particular emphasis on the spine, and moving with awareness, tension can be released from all levels of the being and a truer alignment can take place. Standing and moving in a supportive and balanced way also has practical application in everyday life and encourages a sense of wellbeing and wholeness.

The Essence ~ as we become more in tune with ourselves we can then feel more at ease, be better able to deal with stressful situations, and have greater clarity when making decisions. Beauty of spirit, grace of movement and peace of mind then flow naturally.

Transformation Yoga can, therefore, help with many physical, emotional and mental conditions and to maintain good health ~ and prevent illness.

Please let us know if you have particular needs or difficulties.  All new students have an individual pre-class interview with their teacher.

Stage 1 ~ Hatha Yoga ~ suitable for all, including complete beginners.

Stage II ~ Hatha Yoga ~ for those wishing to take it further (we usually recommend at least one term of Stage I Yoga before applying for Stage II course)

Classes are taught regularly here at the Centre, and in Sennybridge, Llansteffan and Carmarthen. Ring for details and to book.

Children’s Transformation Yoga classes and Antenatal/Postnatal classes are available. Contact the Centre for further details
